Organisation and Leadership development specialist and Executive Coach with extensive experience in the full range of organization/HR activities, from strategy, talent management, organisation change & development, staff surveys, balanced scorecard, leadership development, development & assessment centres, recruitment, executive assessment and succession planning to performance management, renumeration and reward.
Designed and delivered global level assignments, including selection and assessment, providing leadership development support at Executive level in the UK, USA, France, Turkey, Dubai, Malasyia, Africa and Australia. Conducted projects in both private sector clients (IBM, PepsiCo, BP, Total, Amerada Hess, Royal Bank of Scotland) and public (United Nations, British Council, NHS, Police, Education, Local Government).
First degree in Psychology, awarded my PhD for research on learning processes. I am registered as a Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist. Published a number of articles on organisation development and coaching, accredited by the Association for Coaching and a Director of the Society of Coaching Psychology, appointed in 2010 as a Governor of the Garnethill Centre for Psychotherapy.
