About Me

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I am currently attending PhD studies where I am specializing in the implementation of cognitive behavioural coaching. I have been practising psychotherapy and coaching for nine years and I have received a certificate for the implementation of REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy) from REBT centre – affiliate of Albert Ellis Institute in New York. I have become specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching in the Center for Coaching in London, and had my course "Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching" approved by International Society for Coaching Psychology in London.

I have been engaged in organizational consulting, coaching individuals, and conducting educational workshops and training programs with the aim of supporting the individuals to overcome the psychological difficulties that hamper daily functioning and work efficiency. I have obtained considerable experience in implementation of coaching programs in the field of development of communication and presentation skills, overcoming the fear of public speaking, stress management and leadership skills. I have built my expertise through the implementation of the aforementioned programs in both NGO and private sectors. I have had the opportunity to deliver coaching to managers and executives of companies such as Heineken, Bosh, Sber Bank, Ruskin & Hunt, City Facility, Sirogojno, Textil and many others.

In the course of my professional development, I particularly specialized in public speaking training. I developed my specialist expertise in public speaking coaching while training politicians and certain company executives.

I believe that courage, ingenuity and hard work lead to great achievements, and therefore I encourage my clients to get out of the comfort zone, take risks from time to time, open their minds towards alternative perspectives and build the strategy of self-disciplined movement towards their goals.
