About Me
David Dean is highly experienced and award winning Work & Coaching Psychologist, primarily working in Cambridgeshire for the Papworth Trust, with a number of years supporting and transitioning charitable/mental health agencies and the NHS Occupational teams toward evidenced based work psychology. David has been responsible for the successful design, development and implementation of evidenced based (coaching) condition management and health & well-being programmes, both for businesses and individual clients. David empowers people whilst enabling them to find fulfilment by attaining personal and professional goals though coaching & work psychology. My work in coaching and work psychology is supplemented by being an experienced work based psyco-educational trainer and tutor. I design measurable training and coaching programmes to support the transition into coaching cultures and valuable insight into areas of business. In conjunction with being an experienced senior manager & organisational learning designer, I now work with organisations training and supporting individuals to make active change in their lives - coaching for personal and professional growth. Other area of expertise is the support for people working from or at home, supporting the difficult transition and maintaining the motivation for the home based professional. Our goal today is to provide objective clarity and to inspire people through coaching psychology and bespoke learning packages for the workplace.

About Me
Clinical Psychologist (US licensed in Tennessee & MIssissippi) who moved the corporate world in 2003 after 26 years of clinical practice. Currently with FedEx Services (Memphis, TN) providing leader coach training for FedEx leaders as well as providing some executive coaching. While in independent practice my focus was cognitive-behavioral / rational emotive behavior therapy, and even wrote a REBT-based self-help book, It's Not as Bad as It Seems: A Thinking Straight Approach to Happiness. In my work with leaders, I find that the concept of "coaching for emotional muscle" is particularly helpful when leaders are coaching employees with "attitude" issues. In addition to licensure, credentials include: Board Certified (American Board of Professional Psychology) in both Clinical Psychology and Cognitive & Behavioral Psychology, Fellow of the American Psychological Association (Fellow of the Divisions of Consulting Psychology, Independent Practice, Clinical Psychology, and Psychotherapy), Associate Fellow and Approved Supervisor of the Albert Ellis Institute, and a Certified Professional Coach (College of Executive Coach). In January 2013, received the International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. In March and April (2012) I had the great good fortunate to deliver coach training workshops in India and Asia, and am even more grateful for the opportunity to network with coaching psychologists throughout the world.
