Ole is a chartered psychologist with a particular area of expertise in coaching psychology and team-building. Ole is both an Academic and Practitioner with 20 years of experience as an organizational consultant and as a teacher and researcher attached to the universities in Roskilde, Copenhagen and Aalborg in Denmark. Joined the editorial board of a coaching psychology journal in 2011.

At Aalborg University, Dep. of Communication and Psychology, Ole founded in 2007 the first Danish coaching psychology education and is Director of the Coaching Psychology research Unit. At psychology Ole leads the coaching psychology graduate program for master psychology students, supervises and teaches clinical skills. As a member of the British Psychological Society, founder member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology and member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology Linton Judd is currently working toward Accreditation through the IPD Portfolio system with the ISCP.

Research interests include development of the SILM® scale, a psychometric instrument to identify aspects of brain functioning with the potential to enhance Coaching Psychology practice.

Dr Marietjie van der Walt is independent Psychologist Coach and coaches people at all levels in the corporate world where she deploys her experience gained as corporate executive manager stoutly grounded in her professional training as counselling psychologist.

During her career extending over 27 years she has operated at executive board level in various industries both internationally and in South Africa. In these roles she was responsible for the complete suite of people management functions. This has provided her with an in-depth understanding of, and empathy for diverse individuals, groups and corporate cultures.

Marietjie is registrated as a Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

Mike has a degree in psychology and is a member of the Occupational Psychology division, the Sports Psychology division & the Coaching Psychology Special Group of the British Psychological Society. He holds a diploma in Hypnotherapy & Cognitive therapy and is a certified NLP Coach.

He has over 23 years sales and marketing experience at senior management level (mainly in the pharmaceutical industry) which means that he is able to quickly empathise with career pressures and aspirations while having the expertise to stimulate individuals to break through their own 'glass ceilings'.

As a certified NLP Coach and ANLP Accredited Master Practitioner, Mike has clients ranging from Chairmen & C.E.O.s through board directors to key operational staff within organisations from a broad cross section of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, IT, construction, Facilities Management etc; in Europe, South Africa, and the U.S.

After 23 years in the financial services industry, I now work as a Career Accelerator helping ambitious and high-performing professionals resolve a complex problem, find a way out of a difficult situation or achieve a personally-meaningful objective.

My clients obtain the promotion they deserve,orchestrate an in-house move, succeed fast in a new role as well as get clearabout their next job and how to find it. I am a Professor of Psychophysiology at the University of Westminster.  I am interested in the links between stress, well-being and health.  In particular I study diurnal patterns of cortisol secretion, from saliva sampling.

I started my professional life training as a nurse in the QARNNS (Royal Navy) then after a number of years in nursing took myself back to school and after a first degree majoring in Psychology, I completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology and then worked towards Chartership.  My main interests have tended to lean towards helping  those who have experienced ill health or injury and where their psychological and physical well being has impacted on their ability to perform their pre morbid role either by being totally unable to work again or have needed to rethink their current career status.  As a result of this experience I have developed "Rehabilatation Coaching".  Other interests are working as a Coaching Psychologist within the commercial world helping others become aware of ways to both improve their working life and personal life too.  On the personal front I am married with one adult son.  I also live in both the desert of Southern Arizona and here in the UK.
