About Me
In 1992 I started a recruitment business, Perriam and Everett, which placed other recruiters and headhunters in professional services recruitment and search firms. We grew the company to three offices and 23 staff and I sold it 15 years later. I am now enjoying my own second career, having studied career management counselling and qualified as an Executive Coach, using mostly solution focused and cognitive behavioural frameworks. I am currently working towards a Diploma for Psychological Coaching with the Centre for Coaching. I use my recruitment network, understanding of career theories and coaching skills to support ambitious, aspirational professionals in transforming their careers. This could mean changing their job, career direction, working relationships or performance. It could also mean setting up a new enterprise. Together with a team of Associates, we run regular personal branding and career confidence masterclasses as well as offering mentoring, coaching, career counselling and outplacement services. We pride ourselves on helping our clients find better work more quickly. I have a passion about supporting people to set up their own business and am a Mentor with The Prince's Initiative for Mature Enterprise (PRIME).

About Me
I started my professional life training as a nurse in the QARNNS (Royal Navy) then after a number of years in nursing took myself back to school and after a first degree majoring in Psychology, I completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology and then worked towards Chartership. My main interests have tended to lean towards helping those who have experienced ill health or injury and where their psychological and physical well being has impacted on their ability to perform their pre morbid role either by being totally unable to work again or have needed to rethink their current career status. As a result of this experience I have developed "Rehabilatation Coaching". Other interests are working as a Coaching Psychologist within the commercial world helping others become aware of ways to both improve their working life and personal life too. On the personal front I am married with one adult son. I also live in both the desert of Southern Arizona and here in the UK.
